At Zia Boutique, we are committed to delivering your order with care, quality, and reliability. Every garment is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Shipping Locations

Zia Boutique currently ships Australia-wide only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During sale periods, festive seasons, public holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed on our website during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch is 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates provided by the courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Zia Boutique is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@ziaboutique.com.au. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Authority to Leave

Unless signature-on-delivery is selected where available, customers authorise the courier to leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive the delivery. Zia Boutique is not responsible for parcels once marked as successfully delivered by the courier provider.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ziaboutique.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier service. While we will work closely with our shipping partners to assist customers, delivery delays caused by courier services are outside of our direct control.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s)

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability or item type. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

Quality & Packaging

Every Zia Boutique order undergoes quality inspection prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our boutique standards. Our garments are carefully packaged to help preserve fabric quality, embroidery, detailing, and presentation during transit.

Australian Consumer Law

This Shipping Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer laws.
