Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Zia Boutique does not store full credit or debit card details.

  • Orders cannot always be modified or cancelled once processing has begun. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or pricing errors. 

If a cancelled order has already been paid for, a refund will be processed.

Zia Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
